To register your child, please fill out the preschool registration form and send with $25 registration fee to Immanuel Lutheran School.  Registration is on a first-come basis and each grade has a limited enrollment.  Registration packets are also available at the school.

Other forms required prior to the first day of school are Emergency Medical and Permission Form, Health Care Summary (must be completed and signed by health care source), Child Care Immunization Form (may bring in document from health care source), Pick Up Permission Form.

Snack and supply fees must be paid prior to the first day of school.  Tuition payment booklets for preschool and prekindergarten are available at the school.  

SAVE ON TUITION with Immanuel's scrip program!  Every card ordered earns a percentage... half of these proceeds will be applied toward your next month's tuition and half will go to support Immanuel Lutheran School.
