Immanuel Lutheran School's preschool and pre-kindergarten students brought their dads, grandpas and uncles to the fishing themed Dad's Night on Thursday, Jan. 22.  The kids had a great time helping assemble their fishing poles, catching fish in the ice house with their "magnet" hooks, and practicing their casting.  Sloppy joes, fishing snacks and treats were enjoyed from the canoe buffet.  Minnow races were held following the meal, where each student caught their favorite minnow and cheered him on in the race to the finish!  Special thanks to Akeley Fire and Bunyans for sponsoring the minnow races.
